Karolinas Cleaning ApS is looking for reliable and motivated Cleaning Service Employees to join our growing team.

We provide professional cleaning services for both private homes and business clients, and we are looking for employees who take pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Please note: We are looking for employees who are interested in a long-term position and becoming a stable part of our team.

We are currently hiring for Roskilde and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning private homes

• Cleaning offices and other business premises

• Maintaining high cleaning standards

• Providing excellent service to our customers

• Working independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

• Full-time position (37 hours per week)

• Salary: DKK 160 per hour before taxes

• Company car provided for work-related duties

• Fuel paid by the company

• Holiday allowance (Feriepenge) according to Danish legislation

• Work clothing provided by the company

• Work on weekdays only (Monday to Friday)

• Regular working hours starting at 08:00, with some flexibility to start a little earlier or later by agreement

• Training and support from experienced colleagues

• Friendly and supportive working environment

• International team with Danish, English, Russian, and Lithuanian speakers

Requirements

• Valid Category B driving licence (required)

• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently

• Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent service

• Looking for stable, long-term employment

Languages

Danish and/or English are an advantage, but not required.

We have team members who speak Danish, English, Russian, and Lithuanian, and we are happy to support new employees during their training and integration into the team.
