What We’re Looking for:

We are seeking multiple motivated and reliable individuals to join our waitstaff team. The ideal candidates will:

• Experience: At least one year of experience in hospitality, with prior waitstaff experience being a plus.

• Customer-Focused: A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences.

• Fast-Paced: Ability to thrive in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Problem-Solver: A calm demeanor with excellent organizational and communication skills, ready to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team Player: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and managers to ensure smooth service operations.

• CPR Certification: Possession of a valid CPR certification is a must.

This position requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per month. However, you are

welcome to work additional hours if you wish, offering you the flexibility to tailor your schedule to your availability and preferences.

• Provide exceptional service, anticipating guest needs and delivering a high standard of hospitality.

• Work in close coordination with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure a seamless service experience.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that all guests feel comfortable and valued.
