Our client, Flowvision A/S, is a French-owned (Danish-based company founded in 2006) project-based engineering company, specializing in the design and delivery of advanced emission reduction systems around the world. With many years of experience in emission control and combustion technology, the company’s DeNOx systems are groundbreaking in many different applications.
Position overview:
As Supply Chain Manager at Flowvision A/S, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving the company’s supply chain and logistics operations. The role is centered around ensuring a smooth, reliable, and transparent flow of goods, from purchase order to final delivery, across global supply chains involving external production partners and international customers.
This function management role spans from procurement and supplier management to inbound/out-bound logistics, freight coordination, export documentation, and small warehouse oversight. While there is no internal production, you will play a key role in supporting project execution by coordinating the flow of goods through external workshops, ensuring alignment between technical specifications, delivery timelines, and supplier logistics.
Flowvision is a project-based engineering company with no internal production. Instead, manufacturing is outsourced to qualified partners globally. Your ownership of purchase orders, supplier follow-up, logistics coordination, and goods in transit is critical to keeping our deliveries on track and our projects running smoothly.

Additionally, you collaborate closely with project managers to ensure materials and deliveries align with project timelines, and you monitor and report on supply chain KPIs such as delivery performance, cost effectiveness and supplier reliability. You contribute to creating and maintaining strong supplier and partner relationships, stay informed of market trends and logistics risks, as well as you actively contribute to the optimization of supply chain processes and the development of planning tools + workflows.
You will be responsible for coordinating critical project-related logistics and handling technically and commercially significant purchases, including high-value components, instrumentation, and subcontracted fabrication, where your ability to navigate complex supplier relationships and contract terms is essential. This requires a mature, hands-on professional who can independently represent Flowvision’s interests across sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
The Supply Chain Manager reports to the COO, and while the role has no direct reports, you will take full ownership of the areas of procurement, logistics and material flow at Flowvision.
About you:
You possess a structured and proactive mindset with a strong ability to operate professionally in a hands-on and dynamic project-based environment. You are a detail-oriented and quality-driven team-player with a positive attitude, who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines. You are a skilled negotiator with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. You are fluent in English (written and spoken) (Danish is a large plus) and you are willing to travel about 5-15 days per year. Your IT skills are good, including fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
