We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

About the job

As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with our Product Group Directors and customers to develop the project and align with the customers need. This role is critical in fostering strong relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your primary tasks

  • Ensuring marketing, product introduction, scope of works, quotation, negotiation, delivery terms, payment plan, PO, review, confirmation, hand over to Projects, supporting Projects, finally invoicing and customer satisfaction survey and sales project closure
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.

About you

You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Academy Profession (AP) in production technology, marine engineering, or a related technical field.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.

A good mix of practical and theoretical understanding.

  • Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
