🌍 Join the Global Leader in Braking Systems
Ready to shape the future of hydraulic technology and technical documentation?
At Svendborg Brakes, we now have an opening in our team for a passionate and curious engineer who’s eager to grow and innovate. You don’t need to be an expert yet – your ambition and drive are what matter most.
🚀 What You’ll Be Working On
•After a thorough onboarding period, you will be our go-to person and handle the technical part of our hydraulic documentation.
• Designing custom brake solutions and components for global clients – and documenting our work in detail
• Creating purchasing documentation like drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation such as manuals, datasheets, and compliance reports
• Collaborating across departments and with customers on development and documentation projects
🎓 What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s excited to learn and contribute. Ideally, you have:
• A degree in mechanical engineering (Bachelor level or higher)
• 3+ years of experience in design, development, and documentation – but we’re open to less if you’re motivated
• Solid skills in 3D design tools – preferably CREO and AutoCAD
• Experience with hydraulic systems and components – or a strong interest in learning
• Structured and independent work style, with respect for deadlines and specifications
• Experience with ISO environments and machine manufacturing standards is a plus
• Knowledge of brake systems, hydraulics, and project planning is a bonus
• Comfortable working in an international setting with good English skills
🌱 What We Offer
• A dynamic and flexible role with diverse tasks
• A relaxed and collaborative work culture with room for knowledge sharing
• Great opportunities for personal and professional growth
• Competitive salary, pension plan, health insurance, and a great lunch program
