Asian Cuisine Chef - Authentic Cantonese Restaurant (Full-Time)

Location: Vanløse, Copenhagen

We are a newly opened Chinese restaurant focusing on authentic Cantonese cuisine. To that end, we're looking for an experienced chef that can assist us full-time in delivering an authentic culinary experience.

Our offering consists of a varied Chinese menu with a starting point in classic Cantonese cuisine - with a clear-cut focus on dishes being able to be served to-go as well as dine-in.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes.

• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and and standardization, without compromising quality.

• Cooporate with the other staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Asian cooking.

• Able to work indepedently.

• Work in fast-paced environments while still maintaining composure.
