At Ø12, we serve exceptional food and coffee from breakfast through lunch in a warm, high-energy environment where guests and staff feel welcome. With three busy locations, we run on two pillars: Systems & Structure, using clear routines and logic to keep service smooth and consistent, and Human Interaction & Service, focusing on connecting with guests and supporting your team.
The Role:
We are looking for someone experienced in latte art who can keep a clear head when things move fast. Solid knowledge of the espresso machine and how to treat it properly in order to deliver consistently high quality coffee is required. The role also involves regular interaction with customers and providing a welcoming service experience.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Opening and closing shifts
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages during service
Ensuring a clean, organized, and well maintained work environment
Taking orders and handling payments accurately
Taking care of all areas of the café and supporting the team where needed
Coffee:
We combine very high quality standards with a very fast paced service environment, meaning that attention to detail, consistency, and respect for the craft are just as important as speed and efficiency. Even during busy services, quality, cleanliness, and guest experience are never compromised, and every cup is prepared with care while keeping the flow moving smoothly.
Service:
As a barista you also actively contribute to daily operations and provide friendly, attentive customer service throughout each shift.
Who are you:
At least 1 year of experience as a barista
Naturally enjoys working in fast paced environments
Attentive to detail and consistency
Enjoys being part of a team
Likes challenges and is motivated to learn and improve
Low ego mindset with a collaborative attitude
