We are looking for a Content & Creative Lead to join our Copenhagen team. In this role, you will take ownership of our visual content production and bring it to life across our site and channels. You will be responsible for our visual look and feel - setting direction for Paiblock and defining how content shows up everywhere our customers meet us.

This is a role for someone who combines a strong marketing understanding with hands-on content execution. You'll own visual content across our website and channels - the standard, the quality, and making sure we set and keep direction. Using the newest AI tools, you'll produce great content at scale while building automated creative workflows.

The position is full-time and based at Paiblock’s Copenhagen Office in Denmark, where you'll be part of a fast-paced, ambitious environment with a strong commercial focus. You'll also have people responsibility, managing subcontractors who support content production.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Content & Creative Production Manager, you will own content production end-to-end - from setting creative direction to getting content live. You’ll take part in defining the visual bar for Paiblock and make sure everything we launch reflects it.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of overall content production and getting content live across our site and channels - email, socials, creative ads, etc.

• Using the newest AI tools to execute and produce content at scale

• Owning the delivery of content packages for new products

• Setting visual and direction for Paiblock

• Defining how we use our content on our site

• Building and setting up automated creative workflows

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors who support content production

• Pushing our site and channels to the next level in look and feel

The Ideal Profile

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-driven and knows all about the newest AI content production tools, with a background in content, creative, or marketing roles, preferably within blockchain or digital lifestyle company.
