Job duties and responsibilities

• Slaughtering: Working on the slaughter line, taking out and sorting organs.

• Carving and Deboning: Skilled cutting and deboning of pork carcasses, separating primal cuts and preparing them for further processing.

• Knife Handling: Expert use of knives and other cutting tools to perform tasks efficiently and safely.

• Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and adhering to all safety regulations in the workplace.

• Teamwork: Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Job requirements

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role, with specific skills in carving, deboning, and working in a slaughtering department.

• Knife Skills: Excellent knife handling skills and precision cutting techniques.

• Physical Fitness: The job requires physical strength and stamina to handle heavy carcasses and perform repetitive tasks.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

• English skills: medium level required

Qualifications

• Driver's license not required, but it can be an advantage 

Salary and benefits

• Hourly gross salary: starting from 175-243 kr./hour.
