Restaurant Halvleg is applying for a Restaurant Manager.

We are looking for a Manager with experionece from the restaurant business to manage on a daily basis.

The main responsibilities are;

• Daily management of the Restaurant
• Responsible for the Cleaning Team
• Responsible for the Kitchen assistant scheduling
• Responsible for the Storage and stock
• Provide guidance and instruction to the employees
• Responsible for daily control of the staff on site
• Participate in ensuring that the self-control programs are complied with and updated daily
• Participate in organizing staff meetings etc.
• Daily cash accounting and reporting

The job as our new Manager is exciting work in a sometimes-hectic atmosphere. Therefore, Knowledge of the industry and management is a necessity.
