We are looking for a skilled and reliable Restaurant Chef/Managers who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.

You must be able to maintain quality, consistency and speed during busy service while working toward clearly defined operational and financial KPIs.

The role requires you to:

• Perform confidently under pressure and during high-volume service

• Consistently deliver food according to our recipes, standards and presentation requirements

• Meet agreed KPIs for food cost, waste, productivity and kitchen performance

• Control portions and minimize unnecessary waste

• Work efficiently within staffing and labor targets

• Take responsibility for your own performance and contribute to the overall results of the restaurant

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization and food safety

• Work closely with management to identify problems and improve results

We are looking for someone who understands that running a successful kitchen is about both great food and great numbers.

We have mutliple locations and will be looking for several Restaurant Chefs and managers so dont hold back!
