Continia is seeking motivated part-time Office Assistant to join our office in Copenhagen. If you want to contribute to a well-functioning office space and be a practical go-to person, we’d love to hear from you!

Over the past years, Continia has experienced substantial growth, both in terms of revenue and organizational scale. In Copenhagen we are now over 40 employees, which has increased the need for a person dedicated to ensuring that our office is well-functioning, including that practical matters are handled.

We're looking for someone who makes the difference before anyone even notices it's needed.

Some people just have a gift for making things work. They keep the energy up, stay one step ahead, and somehow manage to make everyone around them feel supported, without making a fuss about it. That's who we're looking for.

You're organized and proactive, but what really sets you apart is that you actually care. You notice what others overlook, you handle the details with ease, and you bring a warmth to the office that people can't quite put their finger on - until you're not there. You'll be the person colleagues turn to for everything, and before long, nobody will be able to remember how things ran without you.

The role

No two days will look the same. Some tasks will be planned; others will land on your desk out of nowhere. You'll have real ownership over your work and the freedom to shape how things get done, which means you'll need to be someone who thrives with variety and takes initiative without being asked.

As Office Assistant, you will be the go-to person in Copenhagen for various practical and administrative tasks related to our office space.

You will be part of a small team of Executive Assistants and Office Assistants.

We imagine that the position will be around 20 hours a week, and the hours typically between 08:00-16:00.

Your key responsibilities:

Keeping the office running smoothly

  • Administrating our lunch arrangement with an external vendor.

  • Making sure meeting rooms are set up and ready — especially when clients or guests are visiting.

  • Welcoming guests and making them feel welcome (being the friendly face).

  • Handling and ordering craftsmen (carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc.) when needed

  • Keeping shared spaces tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked - from office supplies and branded materials to making sure that there's breakfast waiting on Monday mornings.

  • Handling deliveries, managing the coffee machine, and keeping everything topped up and in order.

Coordination and planning

  • Inform employees of any changes, events etc. taking place in the Copenhagen office

  • Booking travel - flights, hotels, and anything else that goes along with it.

  • Supporting the planning and execution of larger company events.

  • Managing the little things that make a big difference: information screens, Christmas gifts, team traditions, and more.

Other than that, we need a person who can pick up whatever needs doing - whether it's a recurring admin task or something a colleague just needs a hand with.

About you

We are looking for a colleague who understands that everyday life only truly works when everyone around you does too.

You are the type who naturally makes things run smoothly — not only because you are structured and action-oriented, but because you genuinely care about making life a little easier for those around you.

You spot needs before anyone voices them, get the practical things in order, and spread good cheer throughout the day. You approach both colleagues and tasks with energy and warmth, and you contribute to a work environment where everyone thrives. You will quickly become the colleague everyone asks: What did we actually do before you?

It is important to us that you understand that it is the practical and administrative tasks, which can sometimes seem small, that make a huge difference in your colleagues' everyday lives. It is precisely your effort here that makes the day run smoothly and creates the framework for everyone to thrive and do their work as well as possible.

You take ownership of your work and are comfortable operating independently.

Your qualifications:

For us, it is not important what education you have, or where you come from. What matters most is your attitude towards the tasks, and that you approach them with curiosity, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to make a difference in everyday life.

You should preferably have a bit of technical flair — nothing advanced, but enough that you are willing to learn new tools such as Typeform and Canva in addition to the standard Office programs. We will make sure to train you, you just need to have the desire to learn.

Continia is an international company, so it is important to us that you communicate well in both Danish and English, so that you can confidently speak with both colleagues and partners regardless of where they come from.

Perhaps you work today as a receptionist, Facility Manager, personal assistant, or perhaps something entirely different. What matters most is that you want to be our go-to person in everyday life.

You must be able to work from the office in Copenhagen at least three days a week.

What we offer:

At Continia, you’ll join an informal and collaborative environment where you’ll be empowered to grow professionally and personally. Your role sits at the center of daily life, and you’ll have the possibility to make your mark on it.

  • The position is estimated to require around 20 hours a week, but it can be adjusted if needed.

  • Flexible working hours within normal office hours.

  • Competitive compensation package.

  • Location in Copenhagen.

  • Local benefits such as subsidized lunch and an active employee association.

  • Memorable company events with colleagues from around the world.
