Job duties and responsibilities

• Spread, level, and smooth hot asphalt using hand tools like rakes, lutes, and shovels, or by assisting machinery like pavers.

• Use and maintain tools and heavy machinery, including rollers, plate compactors, pavement saws, and power brooms.

• Fill cracks and potholes, apply sealants, and perform routine inspections on paving equipment.

Job requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven relevant experience.

• Familiar with asphalt materials, paving machinery, and hand tools.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow strict regulations to prevent accidents.

• English skills: medium level required.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required: B or BE recommended.

Salary and benefits

• Hourly gross salary: starting from 178.50 kr./hour.
