Your role
As our new Student Assistant, you'll help support the day-to-day IT needs of colleagues across an international workplace. We are looking for a student who has completed at least 3 years of education within IT, computer science, business informatics, technical engineering, or a related field, and who is currently pursuing further studies.

For this role, we expect you to have:
A strong interest in IT support and workplace technology
Good understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365
Confidence troubleshooting common technical issues
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work
The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, cloud technologies, device management, cybersecurity, or scripting is an advantage, but not required.
Why join ICES?
At ICES, you'll do more than provide IT support. You'll gain practical experience with modern workplace technology, work closely with experienced colleagues, and help support an international community of staff and scientists. We offer flexible working hours to fit around your studies, along with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills.
