With a growing demand for our SaaS platform in Norway, we are looking for an Account Executive to close new business. You will influence and guide C-level executives by understanding their cybersecurity risks and advise on how to improve their security posture through our disruptive platform. You will be working closely with our Sales Team as well as with the Marketing and Product team. Getting direct feedback from our customers is critical to developing our platform to provide increased value, and you will be the internal voice of our customers. For the right candidate and their performance, a position with an equity share plan will be considered. Please note: this position is commissioned based on a very lucrative structure Responsibilities: * Drive mid-market and enterprise sales to new and existing clients * Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to close * Develop and execute a go-to-market plan that is relevant and appropriate for the respective region * Implement sales processes to drive predictable revenue * Develop a deep understanding of products, customer needs, and competitive landscape * Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, customer conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration * Proactively provide insights on ways to improve the efficiency of sales and daily operation Language Requirements: * Fluency in Norwegian * Business Level English or other European languages is a plus Benefits: Here are some of the benefits we provide to our team members in the Oslo office: * Share option plan * Modern offices in downtown Oslo * Social and company events * Friendly, international environment * Career Plan
