The CEO has full P&L responsibility and will, on an overall basis, lead the creation and execution of a strategy, oversee all operations of the company and take charge of the commercial expansion, hereunder establishing contacts to potential customers, driving sales, initiating and cultivating relationships with strategic partners. As part of the commercial expansion, focus will be on building the PROJECTKIN brand and scaling up the e-commerce channel, whilst strengthening the customer and product experience. Over a longer horizon, the business should be ready for expansion to new markets and new product ranges/offerings. This should be achieved through organizational leadership and pro-active sales and marketing management as well as product development. Given the maturity of the company the CEO is expected to have a hands-on and operational approach to sales and marketing efforts while building the team and organization.
