We have a difficult - but super exciting role to fill! We need a strong commercial profile, with technical understanding, who loves to building relationships with customers and make a difference to ensure the success at Clerk.io. Do you want to join that journey? ? Your Role As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty within the Scandinavian marked. You will be responsible for the after sales customer journey, making sure the customers are satisfied and use our product to its full value. You will be acting as a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers, ensuring that the maximum value is derived from Clerk.io’s products. Responsibilities * Ensure a premium experience for our clients by understanding their business objectives, key KPIs and ensure that Clerk.io delivers against them * Manage your own portfolio, on average 250 clients/year * Act as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Clerk.io’s internal Operation, Product and Sales teams * Successfully discover new revenue opportunities * Increase renewal rates and reduce churn * Ensure customer utilise their paid subscription fully * Develop strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts * Client meetings will be performed online and face to face We are we looking for the following skills: * It is an ultimate requirement that you have Norwegian as a mother tongue and that you are living in Denmark or willing to move here ?? * Strong track record managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts with a focus on achieving a high renewal/retention rate within a current Customer Success role * Knowledge of customer success processes * Experience in working directly with clients to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements * Experience with coding is a bonus, preferably with Python, PHP, HTML, CSS or Javascript * High computer literacy and ability to learn new software * Basic knowledge of pipeline management and account strategy * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner * Great written and oral presentation skills in English * Profiles from companies working with Online Marketing, e-commerce or SaaS environments has an advantage * Highly organised and able to multitask * Self-driven and proactive nature We Offer: * Salary? ✅ * Amazing team of talented, committed, and goal-oriented colleagues? ✅ * Company events like Friday bars, Summer and Christmas parties & team trips? ✅ * All the soda, coffee, fruit, and snacks your heart desires (be careful)? ✅ * Do you have a 5-star lunch buffet? ✅ Interview and Salary * Apply for the position with your CV and a brief "Why me" video * Preliminary phone interview with our Talent Department * Interview with a technical case and presentation with our Head of Talent and Head of Onboarding * Meet'n'greet with Hiring Manager * Successful?
