With a view to re-enforce the user journey for both buyers and sellers on Trendsales, we are looking for a CRM specialist. You will be working in the intersection between colleagues in the Product, Marketing and Data teams. In collaboration with the CFO, you will be setting targets for user frequency and retention. You will create and set up campaigns with super crisp onboarding flows, transaction emails, cart-abandonment push messages and everything in between. Your tooling includes a fully-fledged in-app marketing automation system to execute a/b tests and analyse results. You will be overall responsible for creatives, copywriting and analysing results. REQUIRED * A get-things-done attitude * Strong numbers intuition and analytical capability * Creative in generating ideas for new flows * Ability to cross-functional collaboration * Fluent Danish language proficiency and strong copywriting skills DESIRED * Data queries (sql) and analysis * Experience with Leanplum, Braze or similar * Proven track-record with CRM in digital subscription business or similar * Potential to grow into managing a broader team FLEXIBLE WORK * Morning person or night owl, this job is for you.
