CEO with strong sales skills and technical insight. “Ejendom.com” is a platform which is helping all owners of housing associations, professional real estate owners, and especially targeted towards the cooperative housing associations board members, providing a fast overview of the maintenance plan for the building. Ejendom.com creates an overview for the next 10 years onwards, and it is helping the board making the right prioritization, documenting and reaching out for consultancy when needed. The idea for the product is well tested and founded in a consumer demand, which has been identified by a sister-company, an engineering consultancy with over 45 years of experience in the market. Ejendom.com is commercially in an early state, and we are looking for a fulltime CEO with strong sales skills and technical insight, that can make sure that we develop our company in accordance with the plans and build a strong pipeline of costumers. You will be in charge of taking the company to the next level, bringing it from a strong and useful MVP to “state of art”, making Ejendom.com the industry standard and bringing it into new sectors. Regarding the market dynamics, you will have the benefit of a highly experienced consultancy company as sister-company, for feedback, inspiration and knowledge about UPS for the diverse costumer segments. We expect a fast growth, therefore you must demonstrate, beside your sales skills, that you plan and manage this growth at an organisational level as well as financially. “Ejendom.com” is a part of a financially very financially strong and well organized “family”. More info about the initial and live MVP can be seen here: bangbeen.dk/forening/vores-ejendom-ny-platform-giver-dig-overblik The ideal candidate: • Can demonstrate her/his ability to scale a MVP fast • Has shown his/her strong sales and commercial skills in other jobs • Is a solution-orientated executor. • Is positive, professional, ambitious, and self-driven. • Motivated by proactively contributing to the product and its roadmap. • Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus. · Have shown strong leadership and organization development skills. · You must be able to speak fluently danish · Experience with the commercial promotion of a new disrupting tech-solution in existing markets. · Has experience in leading teams and employees. You are expected to participate in the development process and execution of the strategic plans for the company, and you will play a crucial part in our future development as CEO of Ejendom.com.
