You'll have colleagues with extensive sales experience who will work closely to help you reach your goals. Not only will you have the possibility to increase your social- and professional network, but you control your salary, with no cap on your commission. What will you be doing? You will be in charge of your own business within the business. You'll have day-to-day management of the entire sales process, everything from cold calling to negotiation of the agreement. You will be part of an ambitious, motivating, and fun sales environment. Specifically, you will: * Be in charge of your partner portfolio. * Contacting new potential partners in the Norwegian market * Ensuring that the sales process is handled from A-Z * Making sure that the partners feel comfortable and their problems are taken care of. * Contribute to the growth of the partners * Making sure that the partners have an optimal customer support experience Requirements * Fluent in Norwegian * Client faced communication skills * A minimum of one-year sales experience * You know that structure when being in charge of your own sales process is paramount to success. * Excellent communication skills to express thoughts and correlate with peers across different departments. * Able to accept and react to feedback from various entities * Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-growing environment * Be extremely ambitious Bonus points * Extensive startup experience * Extensive sales experience * Extensive outbound strategy experience The process: 1st interview with yTalent – digital Cases – digital 2nd interview with Revimatch 3rd Interview with Revimatch Waiting Hired, hopefully!
