You like having to reach out to different parts of the organization to be able to provide the best service to the users - and from experience, you know exactly what it takes for you to deliver a sublime service. You know how a smartphone works and maybe you are already used to helping people find head and tail in theirs. If you had to describe yourself, in addition to using words like nice and funny, you would also say fast learner and curious. The role and tasks In the position of Customer Support Specialist, you will be a key element in our Customer Success team. Our Support team is our voice to the outside world, and it is, therefore, crucial that you want to help and meet people with profits and a smile. Users are always 100% in focus and it is important to us that they get a super experience when they contact us. This is where you come into the picture because you have to help create it. Your primary tasks will therefore consist of, among other things: * Answer chats from Montas users every day * Answer good questions about our products from our wonderful users * Take part in expanding our knowledge base * If you have skills to write guides, or edit video guides, creating content to assist our daily work Your profile You have experience from a similar position and in providing world-class customer service. You can speak English fluently both verbally and written and are used to answering inquiries. You thrive at a high pace and are motivated by the fact that we place the train tracks while we ride on them. What’s in it for you?
