About Us Be Customer Smart offers AI solutions and consulting to help companies to understand better what drives their customer satisfaction and loyalty. This way they can improve things that matter most to their customers and to their business. Our target industries include: * Insurance companies * Banks * E-commerce * Telecom * Travel As we expand our business, we are looking for a Country Manager – Scandinavia, part or full time. Tasks The person is expected: 1. Sell Be Customer Smart solutions to new customers 2. Upsell to existing customers 3. Be the customers’ local contact point You * Experience in selling SW solutions to large companies in our target industries * Fluent in Swedish and English (fluency in other languages a benefit) * Independent minded and a self-starter * Comfortable in reaching out beyond personal network * Good inter-personal skills and ability to access decision makers up to the C-level * Happy to work in a start-up environment Benefits * Our offer is a role initially as a freelancer with an attractive success-oriented compensation. * After 6-12 months depending on the achievements, the package can be restructured to include also fixed salary and share options. * Chance to grow and take more responsibility as we grow * Flexibility to choose how and when you work
