Reshape Biotech is looking for our first Account Executive. As our new AE, you’ll be our first hire sales hire, and will join the CEO in building deep relationships with current and future customers. This role will report to our CEO. We’re a young company, and sales have historically been led by our CEO. You’ll be joining a company on a steep growth trajectory, and will be expected to source, sell, and manage accounts on your own. THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL: * Building, and selling to, a well qualified funnel of potential customers. * Building solid relationships with existing customers. * Providing the product team with product feedback via customer development. AN IDEAL CANDIDATE MIGHT: * Be excited to learn the jargon and processes of our customers. * Have prior experience in technical sales, or experience working in a lab. * Have an existing network of potential customers. * Enjoy the fast-paced work culture of a startup. We’re not sticklers for candidates meeting all requirements, and prefer hiring candidates punching a bit above their weight. We offer competitive comp and an attractive warrant program.
