We are looking for an outgoing head of sales responsible for sales, events and retail. This is an operational role moving into a leadership role within the next 4-months. You should be able to call B2C clients directly, generate and close leads, lead the organization of events and help us giving the first steps towards our physical retail presence. Yes, physical retail is something we're looking into. You should have a solid, perhaps slightly crazy perspective on the future of food and how it will be sold. You're also likely to share our sense of urgency about food's negative impact in nature This is an operational role where being an hands-on doer is key, although we have a fairly agressive 4-month strategy that you will execute with the help of 3-5 hires that will be recruited by you. About us: We are building a revolution on how food is grown. Our multiple, ultra-local fields near neighborhoods allow us to grow food near people's homes, creating an immersive experience to bring food closer to people and people closer to our food. We are passionate about food's negative impact in nature so we set ourselves to grow the most sustainable food possible. We see this as a big problem so we act on multiple fronts: distance to the food that we eat, direct-to-consumer sales, electric vehicles, regenerative and no-dig farming practices and a few other efforts will make it possible. We go "beyond organic" because the øko certification is getting limited by european politics and lack of ambition on the environmental front. We don't think that 2030 and 250 are reasonable timelines for goal settings when nature is at stake and we have a solution that immediately solves 20-25% of a family's environmental impact.
