There are over 2.7 billion gamers worldwide spread across hundreds of different social medias, and with GamingBuddy, we aim to unite them on ONE dedicated platform. You will, as a community manager, work with a small marketing team creating proactive initiatives aimed at engaging and interacting with our community. We are a startup with a smaller team and the decisions you help make will have a large and direct impact on our content and strategy. Primary responsibilities: * Plan and strategize engaging online and offline community engagement initiatives. * Communicate our mission of creating an anti-toxic space for gamers. * Will be the primary person in charge of digital strategies. * Help solidify a content structure for GamingBuddy. * With multiple platforms to monitor, keep on top of how communities are responding in real-time, using analytics tools to measure things like reach, traffic and engagement. * Help in solidifying an outstanding brand identity for through growth hacking for GamingBuddy * Stay current on gaming industry trends in content creation and online activity. * Build relationships with external stakeholders relevant to our growth. Partner businesses, Streamers/YouTubers/Influencers, Consumers. Key Accountabilities: * Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals. * Attend meetings as assigned. * Creatively seek out new trends in ways to interact with the online and offline community.
