The salary and length of the internship will be according to the university/college's requirement, with a possibility to extend the contract as a paid part-time intern afterwards. As our newest addition to our team, we are looking for an empathic, kind and structured Customer Success Intern - DACH. You'll be working closely with the Head of Customer Experience and Customer Success Manager (DACH) to guide and support you along the way. Together, you'll help our customers get the most of their shopping experience at Nordgreen! Your main responsibilities will include responding to customers' queries via Zendesk, handling customer inquiries, feedback, reviews, live chat and much more! Job Description: * Managing and communicating the Nordgreen brand in DACH * Responding to customers' queries received via different platforms * Assisting with up-selling products on certain pages through Nordgreen's live communication tool (Live Chat) * Gathering and properly collecting product and process feedback * Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms * Provide regular reporting of customer service complaints to necessary team heads Requirements: * Fluent in German * Confident and well-spoken in English * Strong listening, communication and writing skills * Creative mindset, result oriented & driven * Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics * Digital affinity is a plus Perks & Benefits: * We are located on Lindgreens Allé 9 in Amager, and your lunch, coffee, and snack will be prepared by our office manager and a professional chef! * We reward the team with monthly rewards when the target is met! * You will be working closely with the Head of Affiliate Marketing, Country Manager (DACH), and the eCommerce Director who will ensure you gain the most relevant and hands-on experience in eCommerce's influencer marketing. * Diverse international environment with over 14 nationalities!
