Markettailor is a remote-first B2B SaaS company started by two software developer colleagues from Vainu, the leading company data platform in the Nordics. We help B2B marketers personalize their websites using company data to increase conversion rates and improve customer experience. We acquired our first paying customer 4 months after starting the company and have since gone through the Kiuas Accelerator in Fall 2020. Now we're looking for our first sales hire to accelerate our growth. We're looking for a self-starter who can: * Obsess over customers and the problems they're having to help them in any way * Build pipeline and take ownership of the whole sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals * Establish, measure, and optimize the outbound sales channels * Elicit customer testimonials and feedback, and turn that into new sales material * Communicate improvement suggestions with product development team * Contribute to building a strong company culture * Learn quickly and improve constantly based on feedback Ideal experience * Selling to customers with ~10M+ revenue * Selling martech/salestech products to CXO/VP level decision-makers * 3-5 years of B2B sales experience * A good sense of B2B SaaS businesses and what metrics drive them * Startup experience establishing a scalable sales process What we offer * As much responsibility as you want from building international sales teams to heading the whole sales and marketing of Markettailor * A next step in your career if you have the desire to build something from ground up * Key employee level equity and compensation plan with unlimited sales commission * An unrivaled environment and support for rapid learning * All the books you need for self-development * Remote-first work culture and flexible hours We're building a culture based on customer-obsession, accelerated learning, and a sense of ownership.
