We’re looking for a service-minded and professional colleague who would be responsible for payment collections and the entire dunning process. We expect that * You are excited about working within the Fintech space. * You have a robust personality with an ability to communicate directly and to the point. * You are genuinely interested in solving complex business issues in a professional and effective manner. * You are analytical and solution-oriented. * You like optimising processes for positive customer and business impact. * You are good at establishing strong relations over the phone, chat or email. * You are a team player, comfortable with taking ownership of tasks and ensuring a positive outcome for all parties. * It is a clear advantage if you have experience with dunning, collection and accounts receivable management. * You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbal and written. You will be * Executing and optimising collection of outstanding debt through a firm but polite and professional manner * Member of the Customer Support team but working closely with other internal functions such as finance as well as with our external credit insurance provider. * Contributing to the development of our customer service team and how we create awesome experiences for our customers. A bit about us We smoothen the flow of money between businesses. We get people paid by offering businesses immediate funding on their invoices, meaning they don’t need to wait a long time to get paid or chase their customers for payment. Our service is directly integrated into large existing accounting platforms. We are a small and experienced team with big ambitions. We have serious backing, solid partnerships and a clear plan.
