Then ourAccount Managerrole might be ? right for you! Job summary: As Account Manager you will be the face of Inex One for our clients. Your job will be to help new and existing clients get the best value from the Inex One platform. Building strong relationships and making sure that clients succeed with Inex One will be your main focus. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, you will work closely with the world’s leading investment funds, strategy consulting firms, hedge funds and blue-chip corporations, helping them get unparalleled access to expertise. Your main responsibilities: * Build and manage strong relationships with Inex One’s existing clients while continuing to increase use of the platform within those organizations * Stakeholder management of decision makers at client firms, including regular check-ins, meetings, and calls * Leading “change management”-projects and trainings to ensure our solution gets rolled out successfully at new client firms * Reach out to new firms or users at client firms in any way possible, including cold-calling, cold-mailing, LinkedIn or by joining industry conferences * Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by clients and how Inex One can commercialize those * Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, growth opportunities and design plans for developing helpful tools * Work closely with our tech & product teams to continuously improve the user experience and our product strategy Preferred Qualifications and Skills: * Hold a master's degree * Have experience in Sales or Account Management * Have a high energy level, be social and outgoing, enjoy meeting new people * Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog * Feel comfortable adapting to new opportunities and change and like taking initiative and driving projects * Be a creative problem solver * Full professional proficiency in English & German, other languages are a plus * Experience from strategy consulting or an expert network is a plus Are you hesitant to apply because you're not sure you can check every box?
