We are looking for an outgoing,sales and service driven person to join our Nordic customer service team based in Denmark.The job includes daily contact with our customers towards the Danish,Swedish,Finish and Norwegian Market.
The customer service representative is the entry point for commercial customers and acts as a Digital Support officer,guiding and supporting customers in their online journey.The customer service representative is responsible for customer specific offer presentation,ad hoc data analysis and follow up on incoming quotation and customer service related requests.The customer service representative is able to identify and execute commercial opportunities through close collaboration with the Sales and the Business development team.
Our preffered candidate have experience within the cargo business.
We expect candidates to have advanced skills in MS Office.Being fluent in Danish,Swedish or Norwegian, English mandatory(written/verbal).English is the official company language of Air France KLM.
