At Hahnemanns we’re looking for a third baker to join our talented team.

We’d love to hear from you If you: 

  • have minimun 1 year experience in bread baking and fermented doughs
  • want to learn about laminated doughs made with only organic, danish products such as the beautiful KORBNY MØLLE flour 
  • are keen to work with two experienced, kind and creative bakers who
  • are super happy to teach but also learn new things and collaborate creatively with new ideas 
  • care about sustainability as much as we do, about the story behind what we produce and how that affects us collectively  
  • have a valid EU work permit to work full-time, 37h per week, early bird 4 am starts with wonderful early bird, finishes at 12pm where you have all summer days ahead of you  
  • Extra interested if you’ve already had your fair share of croissant rolling
