About the role

On behalf of Entercard, Academic Work is currently looking for an HR Assistant to their HR department in Copenhagen. In this role, you will become a part of an international credit market company, focused on making customers’ everyday lives easier by offering them smart and responsible payment and financing solutions. Here, you will be performing HR regional administrative tasks, ensuring full compliance with internal and external rules and laws governing the area.

As an HR Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the HR manager and work in close collaboration with other colleagues in various department . Therefore it is important that you maintain a positive and professional attitude towards your colleagues and stakeholders. This assignment is a part of our staffing, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work Danmark A/S and will work as a consultant at Entercard. The position is part-time in addition to your studies and you are expected to be able to work about 2 days a week.

Job duties

  • Perform administrative related tasks
  • Maintain knowledge of your steering documents (policies, instructions etc.) and processes relevant for your role
  • Deliver on agreed targets and secure to meet deadlines
  • Develop a knowledge of Entercards products and service
  • Participate in cross-functional / regional activities and projects

We are looking for

  • You are studying HR or Law or other relevant education, with at least two years left
  • You have experience with Swedish employment law
  • High level of integrity
  • You have solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish

  • Structured
  • Independent

In this rectruitnment process, we place great emphasis on your personality and your motivation for the position. As a person, you are open-minded, self-driven and have good communication skills. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with administrative tasks or HR related tasks.

  • Start: August/September
  • Part time: 15 hours a week (possibility of 50 % remote work hours)
