Due to continued growth in the Digitisation business we are looking for a commercial and results-driven Sales Director to take our business to the next level. You will lead an international team of 9 Sales Managers and be an integral part of our growth plans going forward - specifically in our mission to spread our Digitisation services in the nordics and across Europe.

In this role, your impact comes from helping businesses to digitise their payments, invoicing and electronic identification services – meaning you will be driving digitalisation in a concrete and tangible way for European businesses. The role can be located either in Oslo or Copenhagen. As you will have personnel responsibilities for Sales Managers in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark, some travelling must be expected.


You’ll be powering our Digitisation unit

You will lead a team of 9 Sales Managers and be the sales leader for the digitisation department in Nets. As Thomas Voksø – Senior Vice President and Head of Digitisation – says:

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Manage and lead sales processes towards large corporates.
  • Lead and develop the sales team with full responsibility for the department’s results.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and steer the sales team to maximize results.
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction.
  • Work with management to define sales targets, strategy and customer acquisition goals.
  • Coordinate with product management, marketing and technology to execute on sales strategy.

Your professional qualifications include:

  • Commercial understanding of the digital payment landscape and it’s potential for value creation.
  • Good understanding of the national and international market, technology trends, regulatory trends and trends in customers behaviour and needs.
  • Result oriented holistic view to solution and problem solving.
  • Relevant, higher education, preferably a postgraduate degree.


Your personal qualifications include:
We are looking for an experienced sales leader who can lead the team with calm and self-assurance. You can identify business opportunities and navigate international markets and diverse customers. You motivate your team to go the extra mile when big bids or deals are in its final stages.


We are looking for a great “people manager”, who enjoys following-up on their team and supporting them, so they can excel in their roles. You are not afraid of making tough calls or decisions for your team. However, you also appreciate the fact that you are managing a team of self-driven and senior sales managers, which means you trust your employees and given them responsibility and autonomy.


We are also seeking someone with a passion for technology or the fintech area. As things move fast in our company, you should have the ability to adapt and react to change, and enjoy an ambitious and go-getting atmosphere.
